If you ordered a new product, you have the opportunity to inspect the firearm before taking control of the firearm by completing the paperwork.
We recommend you registering your firearm on the manufacturer’s website for their warranty. If something goes wrong with the firearm, contact the manufacturer and they will tell you what to do next.
